Located in Southeast Ohio in the beautiful Hocking Hills at the Hocking Hills Resort, the Grouse Nest Restaurant is located just around the corner from Ash Cave State Park. The Grouse Nest Restaurant is open year round serving lunch and dinner. American Cuisine is featured with creative signature entrees, scrumptious desserts and excellent service. Foods that are indigenous to Ohio are incorporated on the menu, such as Catfish, Venison and other Wild Game. Outdoor seating is available during the warm months. Lunch Menu

Hiking in the hills can make you thirsty and hungry. Stop in at the Grouse Nest Restaurant for lunch and you'll find the best Rueben Sandwich in the hills along with appetizers, soups, salads, a variety of sandwiches, pastas and wonderful desserts. Quench your thirst with our Happy Hour that runs during lunch. Try our Grouse Nest Margarita, tap and bottled beers and wines from California. A kids menu is available and large groups are welcome!

Dinner Menu

Looking for an intimate dining experience or wanting to gather with the family and friends over cocktails and dinner? Come and enjoy the best steaks, seafood and pasta in the Hocking Hills. Neighborhood Specials offered nightly for under $10. Dinner reservations are recommended on Saturday nights during the Summer and Fall, but they are not required.

Holiday Buffets & Special Events

The Grouse Nest Restaurant has become a popular dining spot to enjoy those special holidays in the Hocking Hills with your family and friends. The Grouse Nest Restaurant offers Easter, Mothers Day, and Thanksgiving Buffets, along with our famous Valentine's Day Dinner and a New Year's Eve Hors D'oeuvre Bash with live entertainment.
