Reservation Policy

  • Christmas Holiday fee of $20.00 will be assessed to every Reservation on the three week Christmas Holiday period. The week before, Christmas week and the week after New Years Day.
  • A Holiday Fee is applied to all Holidays throughout the year the week before and the week after the holiday. Call if any questions: 1-800-222-4655.
  • Two night minimum stay required on weekends - Sunday will be charged as a weekend night if it's booked with Saturday.
  • When arriving Sunday it will be charged at the weekday rate.
  • There is a three to four night stay required on some holidays.
  • Special Event Days add $20 per night
  • Fifty percent (50%) deposit is required by either Credit Card or Money Order to make a reservation with your balance due at check-in.
  • Cash, Check, Money Orders, Cashier's Cheques, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted.
  • Responsible children & pets are welcome with adult supervision.
  • Policies and prices subject to change without notice.

Weekday Daily Pricing
  • January - April: $99.00 per night before tax.
  • May - December: $109.00 per night before tax.
  • October: $119.00 per night before tax.
Weekend Daily Pricing
  • January - April: $159.00 per night before tax.
  • May - December: $179.00 per night before tax.
  • October: $199.00 per night before tax.
Cedar Vacation Homes
(max capacity is six adults & 4 kids, recommended)
Weekday Daily Pricing
  • January - April: $129.00 per night for four (4) adults before tax.
  • May - December: $139.00 per night for four (4) adults before tax.
  • October: $149.00 per night for four (4) adults before tax.
  • Additional people thirteen (13) and older are $20.00 per person per night before tax.
  • Children aged twelve (12) or younger are free!
Weekend Daily Pricing
  • January - April: $199.00 per night for two (4) people before tax.
  • May - December: $219.00 per night for two (4) people before tax.
  • October: $239.00 per night for two (4) people before tax.
  • Additional people thirteen (13) and older are $20.00 per person per night before tax.
  • Children aged twelve (12) or younger are free!

Policies

 
NONREFUNDABLE: Booking fees plus one nightly rate applies to all reservation. NONREFUNDABLE FEE SCHEDULE are as follows:
  • LoveBug = $25.00 per resersvation, Ash Cave Vacation Homes = $35.00 per reservation, Couple's weddings $50.00, Weddings and events $250.00
  • Ash Cave Cabins and Conference Center Ltd,.or any of their other companies ( LHPI AND LHPII) orĀ  as Hocking Hills Resort (hereinafter Lessor) agrees to Lease to the Undersigned Tenant (hereinafter Lessee) the Vacation Home/Lovebug Cabin set forth above together with the right to use the area immediately surrounding it for the occupancy date set forth above in exchange for the rent set for above paid in full by the Lessee. Lessee agrees to return the leased premises in the condition received excluding reasonable and ordinary wear and tear. Lessee agrees not to have more than 0 person on said premises at any one time and further agrees not to have any parties exceeding 0 persons without specific written consent of the Lessor.Damage to Leased Premises: In the event Lessee or their guests, invitees, licensees, servants, pets, families, and/or agents cause damage to the Leased Premises or to any of the Lessor's property an appropriate fee in the amount equal to the damage(s) will be assessed. Specifically, but not limited to, SMOKING INDOORS in the Leased Premises is prohitbited and a violation of this will result in a $500.00 cleaning fee. Also,contamination of Hot Tub water in any way is considered damage and a minimun fee of $300.00 will be assessed. Additionally, soiling of sheets and/or towels beyond what can be laundered out by reasonable means shall also be considered damage and the cost of replacing such item(s) shall be assessed. Lessee specifically agrees to allow Lessor to place the cost of repair or replacement as listed above and generally on the credit card account provided to lessor by Lessee
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR INITIAL OCCUPANCY DATE NO REFUND OF YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE GIVEN. FOR CANCELLATIONS OUTSIDE OF THE 7 DAY PERIOD, A REFUND OF YOUR LODGING DEPOSIT WILL BE YOUR WITHIN 30 DAYS . ALL BOOKING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. ALL DEPOSIT AND FEES WITH ANY AND ALL EVENTSOR WEDDINGS AND ETC. ARE NOT REFUNDABLE ANY TIME OR REASON!
  • I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THE FOREGOING AGREEMENT AND HEREBY AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT AND THE ABOVE CANCELLATION POLICY.
 
Check-in & Check-out Times
  • Check-in is guaranteed by 5:30 pm.
  • Call ahead if you will be checking in after 5:30 pm. Saturday — Thursday. Friday's we are here till approximately 8:30 pm., but if you will be running later than that please call and let us know.
  • Check-out is 11:00am or prior to.
Smoking
  • No Smoking is permitted in our cabins.
  • A fee will be applied to your credit card on file if you do smoke in our cabins.
  • We ask that you be mindful of our environment and properly dispose of your cigarette butts.
Pets
  • We are a pet friendly establishment.
  • There is a $30.00 pet fee per pet for the entire time you stay at the Hocking Hills Resort.
  • Please make sure you inform the office staff that you have brought your pet with you and pay the fee, if it is found that you brought your pet with you and didn't tell the office staff and didn't pay the fee a $50.00 fee will be assessed to your bill per pet.
